**job description**:

- HOUSE MANAGER FOR VIP FAMILY IN MONACO- **Location**:Monaco
- **Salary**:Negotiable (Depending on experience)
- **Contract**:Full-time, Permanent
- **Start Date**:Interviews to Start Immediately with an ASAP Start

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the development of the villa, including the building, gardens, and grounds, ensuring a pleasant environment is maintained.
- Engage with the Principals and family, conducting negotiations and reviewing relevant documents.
- Manage all suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Handle household bills and administrative duties.
- Run errands and perform necessary tasks as required.
- Supervise other household staff, including housekeepers, private chefs, nannies, and governesses.
- Schedule home maintenance and repair work, overseeing projects to completion.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a House Manager within a formally run home.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Strong people management skills with a commitment to supporting the lifestyle preferences of the Principals.
- Positive "Can Do" attitude towards all issues that may arise.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
