Sales Executive Assistant

You will support the Sales Manager in the following areas:
- Follow up cross-functional projects of french and international accounts (preparation of meetings, preparation and participation in business reviews).
- Close link with the factories and the P&B Group support teams to interface with the customer (contact with the R&D, regulatory, supply-chain, project and purchasing teams).
- Support to the Manager for the analysis of cost breakdowns, elaboration of price offers...
- Market analysis, brand portfolio, support for the implementation of the prospection strategy.
- Data base management (customer and product data, business follow-up)
- Management and preparation of french and international trade fairs.
- Graduate of a business school or at least a 2-year higher graduation, ideally in business.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical devices business and in particular the supply chain, logistics and legal aspects could be a plus;
- Good knowledge of computer tools, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and the Office package in its entirety
- Your level of professional English is fluent.
- You are rigorous, organized, tenacious and independent in the management of your tasks.
- We are looking for a dynamic and social person who knows how to work in a team and who has a strong capacity for analysis and concentration.
