Descriptif du poste

**Vos missions principales**:
1. **Conseil**:

- Vous pilotez les propositions commerciales.
- Vous assurez les analyses des phases de diagnostics.
- Vous collaborez avec les équipes tech et data dans la mise en œuvre des projets.
- Vous accompagnez le déploiement et vous assurez de la maitrise de nos outils.

2. **Développement client**:

- Vous fidélisez le portefeuille client acquis au travers des process en place en optimisant l’utilisation des outils.
- Vous identifiez les décisionnaires et les opportunités de cross-sell.

Profil recherché

De formation Bac + 5 type Grande Ecole/IEP et doté(e) d’une expérience significative (minimum 2 ans) sur un poste similaire, vous êtes motivé(e) pour intégrer une structure à taille humaine en fort développement dans laquelle vous investir pleinement.

Vous avez des affinités avec le digital et la data et/ou l’automobile.

Vous associez méthode et créativité pour atteindre vos objectifs. Fort(e) d’une culture du résultat, vous êtes à la fois un(e) ‘business développeur’ dans l’âme et savez aussi entretenir un portefeuille client dans le temps.

Une première expérience ou une appétence dans le domaine automobile constituent un plus.

**Compétences demandées**:

- Connaissance des techniques de gestion de projets.
- Connaissance des outils de bureautique classique (Pack Office).
- La connaissance de MS Project et l’outil de Data Visualisation Tableau (ou équivalent) constitue un plus.
- Anglais et Français courant.
- Allemand ou toute autre langue européenne est un plus.
- Esprit commercial et goût du challenge.
- Excellent relationnel.
- Maitrise des techniques de vente et de l’argumentation.
- Ténacité, persévérance et dynamisme.
- Esprit d’équipe.
