**JOB DESCRIPTION**
JP Morgan AWM - Alternatives - European Real Estate Group - Emerging Talent Programme
The Real Estate Europe group creates value for their clients through selective acquisition and extensive asset management of real property, both existing and under development, in the private equity capital markets.
**Currently we are looking for Intern to join our Team in Paris for 6 months internship as a part of current educational program.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Support Asset Manager in running Real Estate investments across multiple asset classes in France with a focus on value add and core strategies.
- Assist in drafting of investment memorandums for both internal investment committee and external client presentations.
- Assist the team in case of special asset management operations such as: assets disposals, financing, lease negotiations, capex programs (design and execution) and third-party audit reports (environmental, legal, tax, etc.).
- Follow up of the asset quarterly valuation and business plans
- Cash-flow modeling and financial analysis of real estate opportunities.
- Conduct market research
**Skills & knowledge required**:
- Minimum 6 months experience (including internships) in the Institutional Real Estate industry (either from an asset manager, investment manager, private equity or investment banking background)
- Ability to build Real Estate financial models in Excel
- Ability to produce clean, concise and impactful PowerPoint presentations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong writing and analytical skills and great attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Languages: French (fluent) and English (fluent)

- Ability to price real estate using DCF and sales comparable methods
- Strong written communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Ability to identify qualitative attributes of real estate strategies to improve asset values
