As an Operations Technology Success Coordinator, you act as a key point of contact for process coordination between the operational and technology teams. Your role is to ensure that systems are operating smoothly, improve business processes and ensure consistency of practices globally.
On a daily basis, your job is to:
- Plan, execute and monitor technology projects related to operations, working with internal teams to define objectives, deadlines and resources;
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, propose technological solutions and train teams on new tools;
- Monitor operational systems in different regions, ensuring compliance and alignment of practices;
- Perform post-implementation analysis and regularly evaluate performance indicators to measure project and process effectiveness;
- Liaise between technology and operations teams, while providing support and training to teams on the use of technology tools.

With a higher education, you have at least 10 years of experience in Middle Office activity management, project management and process definition.
You are familiar with:
- Technological tools related to operations and management systems;
- Data analysis software.
You are:
- Able to plan and monitor complex projects simultaneously, while identifying and solving operational or technical problems;
- Excellent intercultural communication skills, with the ability to train and raise user awareness of operational best practices;
- Able to analyze data to optimize processes, while working independently or as a team, including remotely.
You master English with a B2 level.
