Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, nous recherchons un Contract Manager H/F basé en Ile de France pour intervenir sur des projets nucléaires.
Sur le projet Flamanville 3, vous aurez la responsabilité de l’exécution du contrat Chaudière. Vous serez l’interlocuteur privilégié du fournisseur pour la relation technico-contractuelle dans tous ses aspects, depuis les études jusqu’à la fin des montages et réceptions provisoires.
A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Instruction des demandes de prestation complémentaire,
- Suivi des dépenses (contrat en dépenses contrôlées),
- Contrôle de la conformité des factures en étroite coordination avec le service du contrôle des couts,
- Pilotage des audits financiers chez le titulaire du contrat,
- Formalisation des positions contractuelles EDF et garantie de la traçabilité des écarts du titulaire,
- Pilotage des réponses aux courriers contractuels,
- Contribution à la consolidation des prévisions des coûts à terminaison et au pesage des risques,
- Reporting des points durs contractuels et la préparation des résolutions,
- Préparation des mensuelles du contrat présidées par les Chefs de Projet,
- Préparation des dossiers de réclamation et contre-réclamation.
Diplômé d’un Bac+5 ou issu d’une école d’ingénieur, vous justifiez de minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la gestion de contrats, sur des projets industriels complexes.
Vous êtes analytique, agile, rigoureux(se), proactif(ve),orienté(e) client et passionné(e) par le monde du projet et comprenez l’exigence liée à la posture « Consulting / Conseil ».
Une expérience dans le domaine du nucléaire, sera fortement appréciée.
