**Missions**:
- Identify and analyze discrepancies between target and actual values. Develop and present appropriate recommendations for management and various divisions to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Enhance controlling IT systems, focusing on analysis, planning, cost accounting, and management information systems to ensure optimal performance and integration.
- Facilitate the introduction and implementation of new finance and controlling methods and instruments, driving innovation and improvement in financial practices.
- Contribute to transformation processes within the Finance and Controlling department, supporting change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
- Successfully completed Master’s in Business Administration with focus on finance or controlling
- First experience through internships, ideally in a relevant sector
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with SAP desirable
- Good analytical skills and detail orientation
- Highly self motivated and independent working style with strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
**Are you eligible for a V.I.E?**
V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.
- You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
- You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
- You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.
- You have never done a V.I.E before.
**What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ?**
- There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international.
- You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
- Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.
- The cost of your back-and-forth flight or train tickets is covered.
