votre fonction

prendre en charge le processus de recrutement:

- définir les besoins avec les managers,
- rédiger et diffuser les annonces sur différents supports,
- participer aux entretiens avec les managers,

assurer l’accompagnement rh:

- suivre et intégrer les nouveaux entrants
- welcome interviews

promouvoir l’image du groupe:

- participer aux forums et salons de recrutement,
- communiquer sur les réseaux sociaux.

votre profil

vous préparez un diplôme bac+4/5 et vous souhaitez développer vos compétences dans un environnement dynamique et innovant.

un bon relationnel et un esprit proactif sont des atouts essentiels à votre réussite.
