**À propos du stage**:
Les opérations sont le cœur et l'âme d'Uber. Ces équipes comblent chaque jour le fossé entre le monde virtuel et le monde physique dans les rues de notre ville en permettant le mouvement. Déplacement de personnes, d'objets, de nourriture, etc. Nous recherchons des personnes très motivés et passionnés par les opérations. Vous travaillerez aux côtés des responsables des opérations et en partenariat avec des équipes de notre organisation de mobilité ou de livraison.

Vous aurez la chance de travailler sur des projets percutants qui impliquent d'analyser des ensembles de données, de fournir des solutions créatives et de vous pencher sur l'exécution. Vous aiderez à soutenir la prise de décision au sein de vos équipes grâce à votre pensée critique, votre comportement stratégique et votre approche axée sur les données.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- **Saisissez l'opportunité** de réinventer la façon dont le monde bouge en vous concentrant sur des projets percutants en temps réel
- **Découvrez les vastes rouages d'Uber**:

- vous aurez un impact direct sur les passagers, les chauffeurs, les consommateurs, les coursiers, les restaurants et / ou le marché
- **Résoudre les problèmes stratégiques clés** grâce à des cadres analytiques et des idées pour conseiller l'équipe sur les décisions clés
- **Expérimentez** de nouveaux produits et des gains d'efficacité visant à améliorer nos opérations, couvrant la tarification, la création de la demande, la segmentation, les opérations client et bien plus encore.
- **Collaborer et s'engage** r avec un certain nombre de fonctions dans l'entreprise - opérations, finance, politique, communications, produit, marketing, juridique et support client.

**Admissibilité**:

- Être inscrit dans un programme de licence ou de maîtrise pour toute la durée du stage
- Disponible pour commencer le 5 Fevrier 2024 ou 15 Avril 2024 et travailler à temps plein pendant 6 mois
- Autorisation de travail en France - Aucun parrainage de visa n'est disponible pour les stages
- Maîtrise écrite et parlée de l'anglais et du français

**Procédure**:
A partir d'Octobre: Entretiens

5 Fevrier 2024 ou 15 Avril 2024 : Commencement du stage

**Qualifications préférées**:

- **Communication**: Utiliser les compétences interpersonnelles et la connaissance de la situation pour fournir clairement des informations à une variété de publics
- **Planification et organisation**: mise en place et maintenance de systèmes pour structurer et suivre de manière appropriée les tâches et les projets
- **Résolution de problèmes**: Résoudre efficacement les problèmes qui impliquent des personnes, des choses et des processus en utilisant la logique et le bon sens
- **Gestion des parties prenantes**: Prendre le temps d'établir des relations significatives ; gagner la confiance des autres au sein de l'organisation grâce à une solide connaissance de la situation et à la fiabilité
- **Travail d'équipe** : Fait preuve d'optimisme, respecte les autres et travaille bien en équipe

**Votre profile**:

- La connaissance de SQL et l'expérience des packages statistiques ou des compétences de base en programmation (c'est-à-dire Python) sont très appréciées
- Connaissance de l'analyse de données

**About the Internship**

Operations are the heart and soul of Uber. These teams are bridging the gap between the virtual and the physical world every day by enabling movement. Movement of people, things, food, and more. We are looking for highly motivated problem-solvers who are passionate about Operations. You will work alongside Operations Managers and partner with teams across our Mobility or Delivery business.

You will get the chance to work on impactful projects that involve analysing data sets, providing creative solutions and leaning into the execution. You will help support decision making within your teams through your critical thinking, strategic analysis, and data-driven approach.

**What You'll Do**
- **Embark** on a chance to reimagine the way the world moves by focusing on real-time, impactful projects
- **Learn** the vast inner workings of Uber - you will have a direct impact on Riders, Drivers, Consumers, Couriers, Restaurants and/or the Marketplace
