- Within the Business Analysis EMEA Team we are looking to hire a Business Analyst that will oversee the Key Accounts and Channels for the Wholesale Market.**Key Account Business Analysis**
- Monthly analysis and reporting of our performance by channel, across frames and lenses: volumes, sales, BB and frame brands, key trends and business insights,
- o Collaborate with the EMEA commercial excellence team and with the category development team to incorporate analysis by channel intro the monthly and quarterly performance reviews- Deep-dive on the top 50 KAs, for frames, lenses and instruments
- o Manual collection and rework of data when needed- o Collaborate with EMEA KA team and category team to gather comments on performance by KA- Participate in channel analysis harmonization exercise, across frames and lenses, through customer mapping and KA data accuracy of the lenses BI tools (Eden, MeyeSales, SAP Business Object, Planning ) in cooperation with Finance EMEA, Commercial Excellence EMEA, IT and BI BU teams
- Consolidate top 50 KA Budget in volumes and value (lens extended and frames EMEA perimeter) on the top 50 Key Accounts
- Consolidate margin quarterly analysis on the top 50 KA (with the support of Finance team)
- Ad Hoc reporting and tracking for customers (GVi) and EL entities (Transitions, Group Finance for Global KA reporting.)
- Tools: Eden, MeyeSales, SAP Business Objects, manual data collection- Interactions with: Network of category developers, KA Managers and Finance teams in countries**Key Accounts and Retail Watch**
- Collect, analyse and share quantitative and qualitative data on retail and main EMEA KA customers (store park, retail sales, growth, strategic moves, potential volumes, SoW, CSR policy, financial reports, competitors,)
- Regularly update Key Account ID cards (who’s who, contact matrix, KA positioning, retail strategy )
- Leverage the watch on KAs to support strategic analysis of opportunities in the KA channel (e.g. white space analysis based on SOW by retailer, opportunities to launch dedicated products for the KA channel, etc.)
- Ad hoc analysis of retail trends, best practices, promotional and product offers, retail price (2nd pair, back to school offers, CSR strategy, on-line / digital strategy and offers, services and subscription models).
