Notre client est une **société d'expertise, de conseil et d'audit qui accompagne depuis 60 ans les entreprises en France et à l'international**.
- 2 000 collaboratrices et collaborateurs,
- 60 bureaux en France,
- 30 000 clients.
Le pôle Corporate Finance accompagne les projets de valorisation, de développement et de structuration des entreprises & fonds d'investissement, via la mise en œuvre d'opérations de croissance externe, levée de fonds, ouverture ou réorganisation du capital, cession, fusions-acquisitions.
Pour ce faire, est mise à disposition une offre élargie rassemblant les services suivants : Transaction Services, Evaluation, M&A, Conseil post-acquisition.
Aujourd'hui, **dans le cadre d'un remplacement, notre client recherche un(e) Managing Director Transaction Services (F/H), à Paris (ou ailleurs) pour diriger l'équipe de Transaction Services**:
Au sein de cette équipe, **vous accompagnerez le développement commercial et managérial de l'équipe (développement du portefeuille clients, suivi de l'exécution des missions avec les clients existants, recrutement et animation de l'équipe)**.
Dans un environnement de travail favorisant le développement des collaborateurs, vous serez amené(e) à:
- ** Piloter des missions de due diligence** en relation avec les Associés de l'équipe, en coordonnant les autres équipes intervenant sur les projets (M&A, évaluation, fiscalité, IT, environnement, intégration) et en gérant les interactions avec les autres parties prenantes ;
- ** Accompagner, recruter et animer l'équipe **;
- ** Contribuer au développement commercial **en participant au suivi des clients et au développement du portefeuille.
- Vous grandissez au sein d'une équipe où se mêlent pluridisciplinarité, expertise pointue, esprit d'entreprendre et forte cohésion. Tout au long de votre expérience, vous développez et renforcez un set de compétences grâce aux programmes de formations proposés.
Profil recherché
Diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce, d'ingénieurs ou universitaire, vous souhaitez **valoriser une expérience d'au moins 7 ans acquise au sein d'une équipe Transaction Services**.
- Vous aimez manager et encadrer une équipe ;
- Vous possédez un excellent sens du service client ;
- Vous souhaitez contribuer à la rapide croissance de nos activités ;
- Vous disposez d'un très bon niveau d'anglais.
