**About us**:
Alvest Equipment Services (AES) offers a complete range of excellent service for ground handling equipment in the airport environment. These services include equipment rental (short or long term), fleet management and equipment sharing, maintenance services, refurbishment and sale of used equipment. as well as tailor-made advice. AES is an Alvest company, Ground Support Equipment worldwide leader with TLD, SAS, Sage Parts and AES.
As part of our development, we are looking for a Project Manager to manage the new contract on a local level, and to represent AES in relations with its partners and customers. Your missions will be as follows.
- Interface with the customer on all contractual aspects.
- Report on contract maintenance activities.
- Actively participate in joint reporting with subcontractors and partners.
- Participate in follow-up meetings with the customer.
- Follow up invoicing to the customer and partners if necessary, in close coordination with the accounting department.
- Monitor costs related to the implementation of this contract.
- Facilitate exchanges and establish procedures between AES, suppliers, subcontractors, partners and the customer.
**Profile / Requirements**:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Master's Degree strongly preferred in Project Management, engineering with 5 years' experience
- Technical knowledge/awareness (mechanical/electricity) and ideally knowledge of airport environment would be a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers both in English and Italian
- Excellent skills in standard Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), particularly Excel
