Au sein de l’organisation commerciale, vous deviendrez l’interface technique de nos clients / prospects.
Vous serez "la référence" technique des directeurs commerciaux et représenterez le savoir-faire de Dolphin auprès de nos clients.
Vous opérerez sur les territoires Européen ou Américain.
**VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS**:
- **Fournir une expertise technique conjointement avec les vendeurs pour démontrer aux clients la valeur des produits et atteindre l’objectif de revenu.**:
- S'informer de l’objectif de vente par territoire, suivre toutes nouvelles opportunités
- S’engager techniquement avec le niveau d’information approprié auprès du client / prospect
- **Être reconnu par nos clients comme un expert, diriger les discussions techniques et les évaluations du portefeuille IP Power Efficient.**:
- Aider le client à exprimer et définir ses besoins/défis et être son principal contact technique
- Comprendre les schémas de conception, les spécificités client
- **Coopérez avec les équipes Application Engineering, Business Development, R&D pour tirer le meilleur parti de la technologie et trouver la meilleure solution pour le client.**:
- Rassembler les informations appropriées en interne, les compiler et les présenter aux clients
- Proposer des suggestions de changements ou d’évolution de notre offre produits/documentation, communication
- Contribuer à la définition de la Roadmap en exprimant les défis à résoudre
- **Présentez nos produits chez les clients et/ou lors d’expositions, avec les directeurs commerciaux.**:
- **Retour d’information sur les demandes d’amélioration, les nouveaux besoins et opportunités**
**CE POSTE EST FAIT POUR VOUS **:
De formation Ingénieur ou Bac+5 en microélectronique, vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la conception analogique et/ou numérique et/ou sur un poste similaire.
*** Compétences requises**:
- Connaissances de l’architecture SoC et du flot de conception.
- Une expérience antérieure sur un poste d’Application Engineer ou Field Application Engineer est un plus.
- Des connaissances dans les domaines de l’Audio, Power Management ou Processing sont un plus.
- Anglais (écrit et parlé) ; Français (parlé).
- Capacité à enseigner/former, poser des questions, écouter
- Compétences organisationnelles éprouvées. Capacité à suivre plusieurs opportunités en parallèle et à gérer les priorités. Proactivité pour s’assurer que la réponse au client soit fournie dans les temps et avec des données pertinentes.
- Bonnes capacités de présentation et de communication
- Curiosité pour comprendre les défis et besoins techniques
- Disposé à voyager (environ 25% du temps) en Europe ou aux États-Unis
Pack salarial : Convention métallurgie, statut cadre, 8 RTT, Compte Epargne Temps, Intéressement, prise en charge transport en commun à 60%, indemnité kilométrique vélo 0.25ct/km, tickets restaurants
