**Comearth**, fondée en 2004, est un Centre d'externalisation de la Relation Client, B2B et B2C, au service de PME et de grands groupes de différents secteurs d’activité. En tant qu’expert, nous proposons un modèle unique de Gestion de la Relation Client, adaptable, innovant, multicanaldu sur-mesure pour nos clients et revendiquons notre 100 % made in France.
En 2023, nous affichons plus de 350 salariés, dont 90 % en CDI, et poursuivons notre croissance.

**Un rôle déterminant **
Véritable moteur de l’activité commerciale notre SDR est « la vitrine de Comearth » : le premier point de contact de nos futurs clients.
Son rôle est déterminant : entrer en relation avec les décideurs, comprendre leurs enjeux Relation Clients et générer des opportunités commerciales.
Vous êtes convaincu-e s que la relation et l’expérience client sont devenues stratégiques, alors vous êtes au bon endroit
**Des missions clés au service de la conquête**:
- Identifier les interlocuteurs décisionnaires au sein d’une cible de prospects,
- Qualifier leur organisation, leurs enjeux, leurs besoins et contraintes,
- Planifier un rendez-vous avec les dirigeants et membres des directions fonctionnelles des entreprises,
- Rester en veille du marché, métier, secteurs d’activité,
- Enrichir et actualiser notre base de données Sales Force.
**Nous vous proposons**:
- Un CDI, statut agent de maîtrise, 35h,
- Un package salarial : fixe (28k) + variable (Productivité, nombre de rdv + opportunités signées) déplafonné liés à vos résultats, soit de 28 à 40k
- Un poste sédentaire éligible au télétravail.

**Votre profil**:
- Vous maitrisez l’art de la prospection téléphonique (rdv ETI, GC) et atteignez vos objectifs en vous appuyant sur les réseaux sociaux, les évènements et le marketing digital,
- Doté-e d’un tempérament de conquérantPersévérant, à l’écoute et empathique,
- A l’aise aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit,
- Curieux et à l’écoute de l’actualité économique,
- Autonome, force de proposition et esprit d’équipe,
- Maîtrise du Pack Office et Sales Force,
- Diplômé-e d’un Bac +3 voire plus.

- **Le process de recrutement**_ _: Entretien téléphonique de préqualification, puis rencontre dans nos locaux, entretien + test (1heure environ). Si vous validez cette étape, vous aurez un dernier entretien avec Cédric Vandewalle, notre directeur commercial (votre futur manager) Durée du process : 1 à 3 semaines maximum._
