**A PROPOS DE SERB PHARMACEUTICALS**

Le Juriste Stagiaire Données Personnelles travaillera aux côtés du Directeur Juridique EMEA basé à Paris (75008). Ce stage est une excellente occasion de se familiariser avec les questions de protection des données, y compris les lois et réglementations de l'UE, du Royaume-Uni et des États-Unis, dans un environnement dynamique, multiculturel et multinational.

- Participer à l'harmonisation des processus relatifs aux données personnelles au sein du Groupe.
- Mettre en œuvre les actions de mise en conformité identifiées
- Participer à la revue de la documentation juridique correspondante (notament les registres des activités de traitement, les DPA, les SCC et les PIA)
- Mettre en œuvre un suivi régulier des activités de des données, en coordination avec les relais locaux.
- Sensibiliser les employés à la protection des données
- Participer à la formation des salariés
- Réaliser des recherches juridiques et des projets ad hoc en droit commercial, IP/IT
- Assurer une veille juridique

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Etudiant EFB ou Master II en droit
- Anglais courant (langue de travail)
- Bonne connaissance du Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données. Une connaissance de la réglementation britannique/américaine est un plus
- Une expérience préalable de stage au sein d'équipes pluridisciplinaires dans un environnement de travail au rythme soutenu est préférable.
- Un grand souci du détail, de la précision et la capacité de s'adapter facilement à une grande variété de demandes.
- Capacité à dialoguer avec des parties prenantes internes et externes à différents niveaux de l'entreprise. Vous aimez travailler en équipe et apprendre des autres.
- Vous êtes motivé, proactif et capable de faire avancer les projets.
