**VOTRE MISSION : CONSEILLER JURIDIQUEMENT L'ENTREPRISE EN EUROPE**:
Rattaché au Directeur Juridique Groupe / Monde, vos principales missions sont les suivantes:

- **Conseiller sur les contrats, la réglementation, les politiques et les pratiques commerciales **de l'entreprise en Europe
- **Elaborer une stratégie pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux **de l'entreprise
- **Assurer la conformité de l'entreprise avec les lois et réglemnetations **en vigueur en Europe
- **Gérer les litiges et enquêtes réglementaires **en collaboration avec les avocats externes

**VOTRE PROFIL : LEGAL DIRECTOR (H/F)**:

- Vous êtes **diplômé.e de droit**:

- Vous avez **d'excellents capacités de communication écrit et orale, en français et en anglais**
- **Softskills recherchés** : organisaton, structure, capacité à prioriser, compétences en négociations, travail en équipe.

**MODALITÉS**:

- Rémunération selon profil et expériences **:Package compris entre 90 et 110K€**
- **80K€ à 95K€** fixe
- **10 à 15% de variable**
- **Avantages classiques : Mutuelle Carte TR, RTT**:

- **Basé à Paris ou à Londres**
- **Call RH**
- **Entretien visio avec le VP Legal Monde**
- **Entretiens 3 et 4 regroupés dans les locaux**
