**... La DSI cherche un Product Manager pour intégrer les équipes Transformation **

**L'équipe ?**

**La DSI accompagne les métiers dans leur transformation digitale** pour répondre aux enjeux stratégiques de GRTgaz. Pluridisciplinaire et très transverse, son équipe Transformation diffuse des pratiques agiles et apporte de nouvelles méthodes de travail et de management aux équipes SI & métiers, en mettant le digital au service de l'humain pour créer de la valeur et soutenir la performance de l'entreprise.

Dans ce contexte, le **département Transformation** doit notamment porter la politique centrée utilisateur (centre UX) et soutient la diffusion de l’UX au sein de GRTgaz. Il appuie la conception de produits utiles et utilisables tout en répondant aux enjeux métiers (l’expérience utilisateur est au service des réalités d’entreprise).

**Les activités ?**

**Vous piloterez le Centre UX qui est en charge de**:

- du design de l’expérience utilisateur (UX) pour des équipes produit, des phases Discovery au Delivery, ainsi qu’un peu d’interface utilisateur (UI);
- de la conception méthodique et de l’animation de séquences d’intelligence collective pour différents publics visant à identifier des problématiques et faciliter la création de solutions orientées utilisateur.

Les **missions du responsable du centre UX** s’articulent autour de 2 axes principaux:
**1/ Piloter les missions UX-UI**:

- Cadrer les besoins, proposer les accompagnements adéquats et dimensionner les missions
- Détecter les opportunités d’intervention, le plus en amont possible du cycle de vie des produits
- Piloter les missions, gérer le backlog et l’outillage de l’équipe UX et piloter les ressources internes et externes
- Garantir la qualité du delivery et porter les livrables & enseignements des missions

**2/ Porter la politique UX pour GRTgaz**:

- Proposer des orientations stratégiques pour favoriser l’appropriation par un large public des approches centrées utilisateur et développer cette culture dans et au-delà de l’IT
- Piloter les moyens opérationnels pour diffuser les pratiques UX, soutenir l’intégration des méthodes UX au cadre de travail agile et mesurer la performance
- Contribuer au plan de formation DSI pour renforcer la professionnalisation des acteurs-clés du métier SI, et les animer en communauté
- Enrichir les connaissances du centre UX, faire connaître ses compétences et partager ses réalisations.

**Profil recherché**:
Vous disposez d’une **réelle expertise dans l’UX-design** et vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la réalisation de missions UX, avec idéalement des missions sur des produits IT internes d'entreprise.

Vous savez **concilier la stratégie et l’opérationnel** pour apporter à la fois de la hauteur de vue et du pragmatisme à votre travail.
