Il comprend les entités ODDO BHF AM GmbH en Allemagne, ODDO BHF AM SAS, ODDO BHF Private Equity SAS en France et ODDO BHF AM Lux en Luxembourg qui, ensemble, gèrent des actifs s’élevant à 54,4 milliards d'euros.
ODDO BHF AM propose à ses clients institutionnels et distributeurs une gamme unique de solutions d'investissement performantes couvrant les principales classes d'actifs, les actions européennes, les stratégies quantitatives, les obligations, les solutions d’allocation d’actifs et les actifs non-cotés et les dettes privées.
Sur une base agrégée, 59% des actifs sous gestion proviennent de clients institutionnels et 41% de partenaires de distribution. Les équipes opèrent à partir des centres d'investissement de Düsseldorf, Francfort, Paris et Luxembourg avec des implantations supplémentaires à Milan, Genève, Stockholm, Madrid, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi et Zurich.

Descriptif du poste
« Au sein de l'équipe Produit et Marketing d'ODDO BHF Asset Management, vous serez rattaché au Product Manager Actions basé en France. Vous travaillerez sur les fonds d’actions (fondamentaux et thématiques - environ 16 milliards d'euros d'actifs sous gestion) et aurez une forte exposition à tous les aspects de l’industrie de gestion de fonds.
Vos principales missions consisteront à:
1. Marketing stratégique / gestion de la gamme de produits
- Participer à l'amélioration continue de la gamme des fonds actions de ODDO BHF AM : actualisation des processus existants, rationalisation de la gamme, développement des fonds phares
- Soutien aux lancements des nouveaux fonds (nouveaux fonds thématiques pilotés par de l’Intelligence Artificielle par exemple)
2. Contenu marketing
- Créer des documents marketing simples, clairs et percutants sur les différents fonds actions
- Maintenir un ensemble unique de documentation produit (présentations commerciales, 10-pagers, 6-pagers, Product Cards )
- Assurer la rationalisation du contenu et mettre en œuvre des processus de production efficace
- Répondre aux questions techniques des commerciaux / service clients / RFP sur la gamme de fonds actions
3. Support au top-management et aux gérants de portefeuille
- Fournir des analyses approfondies sur le marché de l’asset management européen et sur les concurrents de ODDO BHF AM
- Rédaction de cas d’investissement sur des valeurs détenues en portefeuille / explication des expositions sectorielles à destination des clients
- Utilisation de Morningstar et de Bloomberg »
Profil recherché
- Etudiant(e) en Grande école de commerce ou d’ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire avec spécialisation en Finance
- Fort intérêt pour la finance de marché et l'asset management, sensibilité marketing/vente
- Forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, curiosité, et proactivité. Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles.
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie, bonne gestion du stress, qualités d'adaptation, bon esprit d'équipe
- Excellente maîtrise du Pack Office. VBA serait un plus.
- Maîtrise de Bloomberg et Morningstar direct serait un plus
- Anglais et français courants, l’allemand serait un plus
