**Ce que vous ferez**
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) apprenti(e) en ressources humaines possédant une solide expertise en droit du travail pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique.
Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel et aurez l'occasion de travailler sur une variété de sujets. Vous serez impliqué dans tous les sujets RH liés à notre récente acquisition passionnante:
- Participation à la mise en œuvre des processus d'intégration pour les nouvelles acquisitions, en veillant à la conformité légale et à l'alignement avec la culture de l'entreprise
- Collaborer avec l'équipe juridique pour examiner, réviser et mettre à jour les accords d'entreprise afin d'assurer la conformité aux réglementations et pratiques en vigueur.
- Examinez, alignez, expliquez les avantages.
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre de divers programmes et politiques internes en matière de ressources humaines.
**Avec qui travaillerez-vous ?**
Vous travaillerez sous la direction de l'Accélération Pays pour la zone EMEA (Europe, Moyen-Orient et Afrique) et plus particulièrement avec la France.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'administration du personnel, Employee Relation, l'équipe avantages sociaux, la paie et, bien sûr, avec notre équipe Accélération EMEA.
**Qui êtes-vous ?**
Compétences et expérience requises:
- Etudiant en dernière année de Master 2 Ressources Humaines
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (écrit et parlé)
- Connaissance approfondie du droit du travail et de la réglementation en vigueur en matière de ressources humaines.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec les autres membres de l'équipe
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Souci du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.
- La flexibilité et de solides compétences organisationnelles sont nécessaires pour réussir
