La Direction des achats Europe contribue activement à la performance de nos opérations. Pour accélérer et renforcer sa contribution aux objectifs GYM, elle a entrepris ces dernières années une importante transformation de son organisation, de ses stratégies d'achat, de ses processus et de ses outils, en se concentrant sur le cœur de métier des opérations et sur la recherche de valeur ajoutée auprès de ses fournisseurs.

Au sein de la Direction Achats Europe, l’équipe Process & Digital a pour mission de développer des solutions innovantes pour supporter efficacement les processus achats.

Vous serez responsable du déploiement de projets digitaux, vous contrôlerez toutes les phases et tous les aspects de vos projets.

Vos principales missions:

- Promouvoir l'adoption de solutions afin de tirer parti de l'efficacité transactionnelle et faire des économies d’achats
- Veiller au respect des processus, des politiques, des principes de contrôle interne et de l'éthique
- Mettre en œuvre et déployer de nouveaux outils
- Organiser et coordonner les actions du projet, du lancement à la clôture du projet : analyse des écarts, Proof of Concept et blueprint, configuration et développent informatique, tests utilisateurs,, mise en production, documentation du projet
- Organiser et gérer les relations avec toutes les parties prenantes du projet, internes ou externes, mais aussi avec la Direction Achats et les opérations.
- Animer le comité de pilotage et spécifiquement évaluer, contrôler et rendre compte des risques du projet
- Contrôler le budget du projet

Profil et compétences
- Vous possédez un diplôme d’études supérieures généraliste, niveau Master/Ingénieur(e)
- Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans la gestion de projet ou la gestion de produit IT
- Votre autonomie, votre capacité d'adaptation, votre rigueur et votre communication claire et précise vous permettent de gérer de nombreux sujets divers en parallèle, en collaboration avec de multiples équipes techniques ou fonctionnelles.
- Vous souhaitez vous impliquer dans une société en pleine transformation et dans une équipe internationale.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais impérative en environnement multiculturel.
- Connaissances techniques et outils pouvant constituer un plus : SAP (PM, SD, MM, BC), Google Workspace, ServiceNow, Power BI
