- We are looking for a technician to join the Drug Interactions and In Vitro Technology (DIIVT) team, within the Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics Department (DMPK). DMPK department is part of the Translational Medicine organization of Servier R&D located at the Servier Paris Saclay Research & Development Institute. The technician will work on metabolite profiling and structure elucidation at all stages of drug discovery and development covering both non-clinical and clinical studies.**Missions**:

- Perform structural elucidation based on mass spectral data from metabolism studies in biological matrices and to propose metabolic biotransformation pathways.
- Identify and quantify metabolites from in vitro and in vivo studies.
- Method development and analysis using liquid chromatography (HPLC, UHPLC) coupled with High Resolution Mass Spectrometry analysis
- Operate High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry platforms (Sciex, Thermo and Waters HRMS instruments) using the corresponding software and be responsible for the quality of the data generated
- Ensure raw data is accurate, complete and in appropriate order to meet protocols and Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) specifications
- Communicate findings to stakeholders and contribute to report writing to support dossier registration

**Profile**:

- BTS/ DUT
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in using LC-HRMS instrumentation and using the relevant data interpretation tools (ACD, Xcalibur, MassLynx, etc)
- Good know-how on performing Liquid Chromatography analysis (HPLC, UHPL) and method development
- Knowledge and understanding of ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism & Excretion) principles, good understanding of organic chemistry and being able to conduct in vitro incubations would be a plus
- Being a good team player, engaged in producing data in a timely manner, being well organized is essential.
- Willing to progress and learn other techniques, good capacity of analysis, ability to accept regular challenges
- Good level of written and spoken English
