Une opportunité passionnante s’ouvre en sur le Site du Vaudreuil en tant que Finance Business Partner (H/F)
Dans un environnement propre à l’industrie pharmaceutique, vous serez rattaché au Directeur du Contrôle de Gestion.
A ce titre, ce poste sera orienté principalement vers le Contrôle de Gestion des coûts centraux, du suivi des résultats financiers d’autres divisions hébergées sur le site, de projets ainsi qu’au développement d’outils d’analyse informatique ad-hoc.
**VOICI LE DEBUT DE VOTRE AVENTURE APTAR**
Dans ce cadre-là, vos principales missions seront:
- La Réalisation de la clôture mensuelle ainsi que les prévisions à 3 mois des comptes d’exploitation des Divisions partagées.
- L’élaboration du reporting mensuel (clôture, tableaux de bord) et l’analyse des principales variances (bilan / résultat) ;
- L'analyse et du suivi des coûts de différentes fonctions transversales de l'entreprise (achat, qualité,), en identifiant les opportunités d'optimisation et en proposant des solutions efficaces.
- La Participation active à la réalisation du Budget annuel global de ce périmètre de responsabilité.
En lien notamment avec les équipes Finance, la Collaboration à des projets transverses tels que:
- L’Automatisation de rapports financiers existants (documents de clôture, de suivis de couts,) ;
- La mise en pratique d’outils informatiques groupe au service du site (efficience Achats, Qualité,) ;
- La Mise en place et/ou l’optimisation de différents Dashboard en partenariat avec la direction site.
**CE QUE VOUS APPORTEREZ**
Issu(e) d'une formation niveau Bac+5, vos expériences passées vous permettent d’être familier(ère) avec les problématiques propres au contrôle de gestion. La bonne maitrise des outils informatique tels que Excel, Powers Apps, Access, SAP sera souhaité.
Organisé(e) et synthétique, vos qualités relationnelles vous permettront de travailler auprès d'interlocuteurs variés. Votre rigueur, rapidité d’exécution, ténacité et bon relationnel vous permettront d'apporter des solutions efficaces aux opérationnels avec qui vous serez en contact.
