**International Business Developer**
Comptoir Sud Pacifique is an independent Parisian perfume house with a unique olfactory universe: "A hymn to discovery and exploration."
Founded in 1974, the brand produces perfumes in France for both French and international clientele. Currently in a phase of significant development, Comptoir Sud Pacifique operates two boutiques in Paris (one on the right bank in the 1st arrondissement and another in the Saint Germain district).
The brand is also present in the "Belle Parfumerie" of Printemps Haussmann and in other stores of the group, as well as in major international distribution channels.
**Responsibilities**:
To support our growth and enhance our market reputation, we are looking for an Export/Business Developer.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring existing activities and expanding the Comptoir Sud Pacifique brand internationally by developing, piloting, and implementing commercial strategies and action plans.
- Creating strategies to identify new targets and key contacts to implement business development plans.
- Building and managing a portfolio of professional distribution clients through active prospecting and client retention.
- Managing relationships with the internal technical team.
- Creating tailored solutions and convincing clients of the relevance of these solutions.
- Having an excellent command of the entire commercial proposition.
- Regularly monitoring and analyzing activity and results to assess performance and develop strategic and action plans.
**Required Profile**:
You have a master’s degree in business or engineering (or similar), and at least 3 years of confirmed experience in international commercial development and monitoring for distribution. We will prioritize profiles with an experience in the Perfumery, Fashion or Luxury sector.
You are rigorous, autonomous, and have a conceptual and analytical mindset. You enjoy challenges and managing the sales process from A to Z, from prospecting to closing.
Given your experience and personality, we expect you to have excellent contact with clients and prospects, primarily high-level contacts.
You have an excellent level of English (fluent/native) spoken and written.
You are eligible to work in France, and ready to be mobile for temporary travel.
