**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Build a luxury brand, Reishi, and communicate MycoWorks' corporate vision.
- Create a comprehensive global corporate communications strategy, including messaging and guidelines, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and mission.
- Innovatively conceptualize and produce integrated communications strategies to engage luxury enthusiasts effectively.
- Increase understanding of MycoWorks and its impact among key audiences, including the fashion and luxury industry, investors, financial communities, and consumers.
- Develop and implement proactive communication plans, creative storytelling, and owned content to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Secure editorial features and news items by developing captivating story angles and writing/editing press releases.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key reporters, influencers, and media partners to ensure positive media coverage.
- Partner closely with C-level Executives, Marketing, Product, Sales, Culture and People teams to align communications strategies with company-level goals.
- Develop and manage budgets for communications programs and campaigns.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts.
- Deliver clear and insightful analysis of PR results to the organization, benchmarking against competitors.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address any reputational challenges.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of ten years of strategic leadership experience in corporate, product, and executive communications, with a focus on luxury brands.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential. Spanish is a plus.
- Extensive media contacts and a strong track record of securing earned media coverage.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the luxury industry and the changing media landscape.
- Demonstrated success in building and implementing communications programs that raise brand awareness.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and presenting to executive teams.
- Strong analytical and organization skills, with attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
- Digital-savvy with the ability to leverage social media as part of the communications strategy in partnership with the Marketing team.
- Previous experience working with external agencies and managing agency relationships.
- Crisis communication experience is a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed for business-related activities.

**Résumé de l'offre**:
- Le / la responsable de la communication jouera un rôle central dans la promotion de notre marque, l'élaboration de récits convaincants et le renforcement de la présence de l'entreprise sur le marché mondial du luxe. Ce poste de haut niveau nécessite un expert chevronné ayant fait ses preuves dans les communications d'entreprise, de produits et une bonne collaboration avec les équipes de direction en interne comme à l'externe au sein de marques de luxe.
- Ce poste nécessite une connaissance approfondie de l'industrie du luxe et du paysage médiatique, une grande autonomie, d'être réactif, ainsi qu'une capacité d'écoute et de diplomatie.
- De formation supérieure dans le domaine de la communication et vous disposez d'une expérience d'une dizaine d'années dans une fonction similaire, de préférence dans l'industrie du luxe.
- Être bilingue : anglais et française. L'espagnol sera un plus.
