Digital Delivery is a function within the Group Digital & IT. It has the ambition to identify and execute on new digital initiatives in tight collaboration with TDBAGF as well as modernize and transform our existing solutions into products and to secure agile ways of working across the whole Digital Delivery function.
Together with our digital talents, we will work on solution design and deliveries to improve business performance and create value at scale for Volvo Group. Included in our mission is to drive an efficient Group Digital & IT interface and Portfolio Management for the Truck Divisions/Business Areas/Group Functions (TD/BA/GF).
We collaborate with other parts of the organization, both in Group Digital & IT, with TD/BA/GF. We foster an environment where ideas, thoughts and opinions can be shared. We are team players with clear common ambitions, and we win together.
**This is how you could make an impact**
As the Head of Partner Suite - Configuration to Offer, you will be key in the transformation journey that will take the Volvo Group to the ambitions for 2030. The value that you, together with your team, will bring is to modernize the existing portfolio into digital products. You will also, together with our TD/BAs colleagues, capture new opportunities to further excel the Configuration to Offer products to simplify the life of our users. In your role, you are adding value by developing high performing teams and building great collaboration with the stakeholders in your product teams. In addition, you are driving the change management necessary to reach the transformation goals. You will be part of the DDA Marketing & Product Sales Management Team and report to the Head of Marketing & Product Sales.
Key responsibilities includes:
- Set the vision and strategy of your Digital Delivery Area and drive engagement through close alignment with stable teams and key stakeholders
- Leverage the North Star Architecture to release differentiated business solutions decoupled from our core solutions
- Identify and execute digital initiatives in collaboration with Renault Trucks CDO/CIO teams, dealer networks, market companies
- Manage portfolio solution design and deliveries within the domain
- Drive modernization and transformation towards digital products, while putting the users in the center
- Deliver & manage specific APIs in partnership with the integration/API platforms
- Be accountable for meeting SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set with the Truck brands leveraging the full D&IT community
- In close collaboration with chapters and others as needed - secure technical skills, functional skills, workforce planning (incl partnerships) and agile way of working across the product teams so that we deliver according to business strategy (focusing on retail excellence)

Furthermore, you have the managerial courage to take well evaluated risks, address stakeholders on different levels and challenge when necessary. You build and maintain external partnership in order to increase business value for digital deliveries.
You have a passion for building and motivating high performing teams and you are a strong network builder, who manages stakeholders in a cross functional and multi-cultural environment with ease. Finally, you find energy in working in a changing environment, executing the Volvo Group transformation agenda.
