***Your role & mis**sion****:
Be responsible for the procurement of key equipment for the hydrogen refueling stations and the associated supplier relationships.
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Analyze supplier market trends and competitor activity
- Design short to medium to long term development strategies for product categories, considering market leading innovation
- Assess the supplier base, ensure the business and legal risks are minimized and suggest improvements
- Build and facilitate good relationships with internal key suppliers
- Participate in the development of new products and ensure their competitiveness; in these development phases, coordinate exchanges between suppliers and the design office
- Carry out the full purchasing cycle, with a view to achieving the financial benefits set out in the company's strategic plan:
- Tendering
- Evaluation of offers and selection of suppliers
- Robust contract elaboration
- Contract execution
- Performance evaluation and capitalization
- Follow the rules and processes of the sourcing function, propose improvement actions
- Promote good practice and good working relationships with internal stakeholders, with a view to performance
- Actively participate in the creation of a "Best in Class" environment
**Your Profile**:
Technical skills:
- 5 years' higher education in industrial purchasing/business administration, or engineering degree
- At least one successful experience in an industrial environment
- Create, develop, and challenge a supplier database
- Mastery of an industrial purchasing cycle
- Set up and monitor supplier improvement plans
- Very good technical understanding of the purchasing category
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of the contractual aspects of industrial purchases
Transversal skills:
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Italian and/or German is a plus
- Safety culture
- Willingness to travel for business (trade shows, supplier visits) in France and abroad
- Ability to achieve the objectives set

**What we offer**:
- **Working conditions**:
- 6 months contract
- Remuneration: according to profile and experience
- Lunch vouchers (8€ per day, 50% covered by McPhy)
- 75% reimbursement of public transport
- Reimbursement of bicycle kilometres travelled between home and work (40 cts per kilometers with 300€ limitation per year)
