Dans le cadre de notre développement et de nos nouveaux projets, nous recherchons un(e):
**Responsable Assurance Sécurité signalisation (H/F)**
Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (93)
Au sein de notre site en Signalisation Ferroviaire de Saint-Ouen, et plus particulièrement pour l'entité Alstom Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS) qui a pour missions de définir et de concevoir les solutions d’informatique, d’électronique et de télécommunications des réseaux de transport de demain, vous êtes amené(e) à travailler sur des projets à forts enjeux et impacts.
En tant que responsable assurance sécurité, vous aurez la responsabilité de démontrer la sécurité de plusieurs projets de développement ou de déploiement du système de contrôle commande signalisation ETCS niveau 1 ou 2 (bord ou sol).
Dans ce cadre, vos **missions principales** sont les suivantes:
- Assurer les activités assurance sécurité des projets dont vous avez la charge en respectant les critères de qualité, coûts et délais,
- Définir la méthode, réaliser ou piloter et vérifier la réalisation des études de sécurité afin d’identifier les risques et d’évaluer la pertinence des choix technologiques,
- Gérer le registre des situations dangereuses et assurer la prise en compte des contraintes de sécurité des produits, sous-systèmes ou activités projets (exemple FDM (Fiabilité, Disponibilité et Maintenabilité), Validation et Vérification, Test & Commissionning),
- Définir et appliquer les méthodologies assurance sécurité (critères d’acceptation du risque, analyses de sécurités telle que les AMDEC, vérification et validation),pour les projets dont vous avez la charge,
- Gérer les interfaces avec le(s) évaluateur(s) interne(s) et externe (ISA) et avec les clients (maitrise d'oeuvre et maitrise d'ouvrage). Définir les plans d’actions pour fermer les points ouverts de ces évaluateurs et valider la démarche de sécurité, les risques et l’acceptation et la bonne compréhension des contraintes exportées,
- Apporter votre support aux éventuels Ingénieurs Assurance sécurité impliqués sur les projets,
- Vous réaliserez des analyses en appliquant rigoureusement les méthodologies définies au travers de normes et de réglementations (CENELEC EN 50126, 50128, 50129 notamment).
**PROFIL RECHERCHE**
- Bac+5 de type Ecole d'Ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire dans le domaine de la sûreté de fonctionnement,
- Vous justifiez de 5 années d'expérience professionnelle en sûreté de fonctionnement sur des systèmes complexes comparables dont au moins 3 années sur des systèmes ERTMS,
- Maitrise du français et de l'anglais,
- Autonomie, analytique, un bon esprit de synthèse, la capacité à travailler en équipe et un bon niveau de communication sont des qualités indispensables pour ce poste.
