Le poste est basé sur le terrain et implique de fréquents déplacements dans le sud-ouest de la France.

En raison d'une croissance continue, une opportunité passionnante s'offre à vous au sein de la division marketing PMLS (surveillance des patients et maintien des fonctions vitales), axée sur la formation dans les unités de soins intensifs et les blocs opératoires. Nous recherchons un spécialiste de la santé passionné et énergique pour développer ses connaissances et apprendre à devenir un expert clinique. Vous travaillerez main dans la main avec diverses parties prenantes internes et externes, jouant un rôle déterminant dans le succès de la formation clinique et de l'expertise, générant ainsi une croissance de l'activité dans le sud-ouest de la France.

En collaboration avec notre ingénieur commercial pour la région, vous prendrez en charge le processus d'avant-vente par la démonstration des dispositifs médicaux, la phase d'installation et la formation des clients, avec pour objectif principal de s'assurer que nos clients sont confiants et compétents dans l'utilisation des produits Mindray.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Agir en tant que point d'information pour les clients afin qu'ils tirent le maximum de valeur des produits Mindray
- Liaison avec les hôpitaux pour organiser et gérer les évaluations cliniques, les installations et l'assistance clinique après-vente.
- Pour nos clients, vous serez l'expert en produits et les formerez à l'utilisation efficace de notre gamme.
- Offrir des conseils aux clients sur la conception du flux de travail en fonction de l'environnement clinique (unités de soins intensifs, blocs opératoires, services d'urgence, etc.)
- Travailler avec les clients pour définir des configurations cliniques permettant une utilisation sûre et appropriée.
- Identifier et communiquer en interne les opportunités de croissance de l'entreprise
- Travailler avec les ingénieurs de vente et de service de la région pour générer des ventes rentables de dispositifs de surveillance des patients et de maintien des fonctions vitales de Mindray.
- Identifier et approcher de nouveaux clients stratégiques potentiels
- Communiquer à tous les niveaux, en adaptant le contenu au public concerné afin de garantir la bonne compréhension de la formation.
- Travailler avec plusieurs parties prenantes afin de planifier et d'exécuter efficacement les projets dans les délais impartis et conformément aux attentes des clients.
- Maintenir à jour les connaissances cliniques, techniques, informatiques et commerciales.
- Contribuer à la conception et au développement de ressources produits telles que des guides d'utilisation, des cadres de compétences et des présentations de formation.
- Gérer et tenir à jour les dossiers de formation

**Que recherchons-nous en vous ?**
- Licence (ou équivalent) ou plus, avec une spécialisation dans le biomédical
- Parler couramment le français et avoir un bon niveau d'anglais des affaires
- Démontrer une expérience de travail autonome
- Membre naturel d'une équipe travaillant à la réalisation d'objectifs communs
- Une expérience en soins intensifs, au bloc opératoire ou en service d'urgence est vivement souhaitée.
- Expérience dans une fonction similaire peut être un avantage
- Démontrer ses compétences en matière d'organisation de projets
- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de planification
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de présentation
- La capacité à voyager jusqu'à 70 % de son temps est requise.
