**Your challenges**:
You will contribute to the following main activities:
- Transmission components testing on proven and prototype architectures
- Definition of detailed test concepts, specifications and quotations in close cooperation with relevant specialist departments, internal/external customers and airworthiness authorities
- Practical realization and documentation of vehicle tests to analyze and verify aircraft component/system behavior, performance and function, in line with applicable rules and regulations (quality, airworthiness, technical, safety & security, export control, etc.)
- Management of project portfolios and work packages, coordination of multidisciplinary test activities, supplier management (specification, contracting, supervision)
- Coordination in-situ of subcontracting partners in vehicle testing
- Focal point for transmission test on multipurpose benches in production facility
**Your profile**:
- Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent with strong experience
- Basic knowledge on aircraft functionality and compliance demonstration
- Advanced understanding of aircraft gearboxes development and certification testing (5+ years experience)
- Experience with product development and test processes in aerospace/automotive industry
- Experience in special purpose machinery (design and) operation; analog/digital measurement and control engineering; data processing and analysis
- Experience in project management
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in an understandable way
- Structured, precise and reliable way of acting
- Strong problem-solving and improvisation abilities and analytical thinking skills
- High level of resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Fluent negotiation skills in French and English
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, to work hands-on & on-site, to go on occasional business trips
