**Job Description**:
In the Project Management department, you will be responsible for managing key strategic projects that deliver measurable business outcomes such as efficiency and direct cost savings, increased quality and customer value through the successful conception, development and deployment of improved, re-engineered or new processes, or process support for new products and services.
You have strong project management experience and a leadership philosophy deeply rooted in lean thinking and servant leadership for high priority projects, driving both value stream and cultural transformations. This position leads the day-to-day project management of key strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives that will contribute to the success of MANGOPAY.
As a Lean project manager, your assignments will include the following:
- Working with the business on the initial scope of projects and identify the expected outcomes of proposed improvement opportunities
- Manage and deliver key strategic and process improvement projects, working with colleagues across the business
- Build and maintain relationships with project sponsors, business owners and other key stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met.
**Qualifications**:
- More than 5 years’ experience in project management for large scale implementations preferably in the payment industry and lean methodologies (a certification is a plus).
- Experience of high-load projects.
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile, standard project management frameworks (PRINCE2, PPM), project and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion..).
- Proven capacity to synthesize, analyse, organize and communicate effectively.
- Strong technical expertise and solid business background.
- Effective communication in English, both orally and in writing, is a must. French as an additional language is highly appreciated.
- Occasional trips to other Mangopay offices.
