**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
**Job Purpose**:
Under the leadership of the Head of Business Operations and Strategy, the Data Platform Owner is responsible for managing the GEM’s data automation platform and for accelerating its deployment across AXA entities. This platform is at the heart of GEM’s data strategy, with the goal to deliver a 360°-view of AXA’s business relationships with top global B2B partners across all geographies, all business lines and all AXA entities.
Using data virtualization, this platform allows a direct API-based connection to entities, in order to refresh, aggregate and consolidate data in “real time”. It represents more than 8000 contacts and more than 1000 new business opportunities: as the portfolio of B2B Partners’ is growing, volume of data will mechanically increase which reinforce the need to deploy this platform and automate data collection in new entities / structures. The Data Platform Owner position is created to achieve these goals, working in close collaboration with the Business Performance team.

**Context & Major Challenges**:
Global Enterprise Management (GEMs) is reporting to AXA CEO Office.
Fully focused on our most valued Global Partners, our mission is to build, expand and deliver revenue growth, high retention and client advocacy in the Business-2-Business (B2B) space. This includes the development of B2B2Business, B2B2Customer, B2B2Employee across all AXA assets and capabilities.
Our operating model relies on a single point of contact per account leveraging central, regional and local teams in a unified way and collaborating with all entities to diversify and deepen our GEMs portfolio for One AXA.

Key accountabilities and major related actions
Lead the deployment plan of data automation with entities, in support to the Head of Business Operations and Strategy:
- Present the business objectives of GEM’s data automation platform, the project methodology, the overall architecture of the solution and prerequisites for AXA entities to be onboarded.
- Together with the team, manage project setup and define how the solution will be deployed within the entity and identify impacts and changed needed in GEM’s ecosystem: involve all required stakeholders at local level (business, data, architecture, IT) and within GEM’s ecosystem (CTO, developers, data and business experts).
- Structure and steer the entire project, be accountable for the timeline and coordinate the delivery with developers and business owners. Notably make sure to “keep the momentum” with local teams to secure timing while showing value for local business teams.
- Manage the platform as a product (evolution roadmap, optimization, prioritization, dev team management).
Manage daily operations of the platform:
- Coordinate and plan governance linked to the platform (project plan, weekly reviews, SteerCo)
- Manage daily BAU tasks: coordinate dev team (bug fix, incident)
- Coordinate internal process updates (compliance, security update, procedures, etc.)
- Work closely with the Business Performance team in charge of data vizualisation (PowerBi dashboards, insights)
Contribute to GEM’s data ambition:
- Promote data virtualization and business data sharing across the Group
- Coordinate actions and plans with the Information team of the Corporate Center
- Help further structuring GEM’s data approach and “industrialize” our assets
Transversal:
- Be an ambassador of GEM across the entities, especially on data strategy view
- Contribute to the “give value back” objective of the team, by showing to the entities the value generated by GEM and its data platform
**Votre profil**:
**Technical Skills & Competencies**
- +3-5years of experience in IT and/or data-related project management
- Experience of projects with different AXA entities is a strong plus
- Tech-savy, notably good understanding of APIs, dataflow and data integration
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
- First level of knowledge of insurance products
