L’assistant Chef de Projet Pharma travaille en étroite collaboration avec un Chef de Projet Expérimenté (CDP) pour le bon déroulement d’un événement dans son ensemble.

Il gère en premier lieu les participants à l’événement.

Il est également amené à gérer seul quelques dossiers.

EQUIPE
- Poste au sein d’une équipe de 10 à 20 personnes, sous la responsabilité d’un Team Leader, dédié à un compte ou plusieurs clients.
- Travail en collaboration avec le Team Leader et les autres Chefs de Projet / assistants chefs de projet / back-office / chef de projet transport.

OPERATIONS
- Gestion des événements clients en France essentiellement : congrès, symposas, séminaires, formations, stands, lancement de produit, incentives.
- Travailler, assister et collaborer de façon étroite avec le CDP senior sur l’organisation des événements gérés par ce dernier
- Gestion des participants : invitations, relances, confirmations, notes de frais, transparence
- Gestion du transport et des plans de transport en relation avec le CDP transport du compte

Possibilité également, selon le scope et l’expérience:

- Réponse aux demandes clients : rédaction de recommandations attractives et claires sur powerpoint + budgets
- Gestion des fournisseurs et prestataires : recherche, négociation, contractualisation, suivi des prestations (hôtels, transferts, restauration, Housing bureau )
- Organiser des prestations de qualité dans le respect du devis et des attentes du client.
- Gestion du budget, de la facturation et du recouvrement
- Assurer le suivi du reporting exigé par le client et via des outils informatiques spécifiques
