Airbus Helicopters recherche un **Contrôleur de gestion des activités de formation (f/h) **pour rejoindre notre département Formation, Simulation et Opération des vols, basé à **Marignane **, France **.
Vous ferez partie d’une équipe qui développera les activités de formation d’Airbus Helicopters dans le monde entier. Au sein de l’équipe de la Formation, de la simulation et Opération des vols, vous serez impliqué(e) au Contrôle de Gestion visant à : PILOTER LA PERFORMANCE FINANCIÈRE, ASSURER LA CONFORMITÉ ET APPLIQUER LES PROCESSUS FINANCIERS, SENSIBILISER LE DÉPARTEMENT AUX FINANCES.

En tant que membre à part entière du Business, vous agirez comme interface avec le Contrôle de Gestion Central d’Airbus Helicopters, en particulier le suivi des activités des Académies Française et Allemande.

**Vos challenges**:
1. CO-PILOTAGE DE LA PERFORMANCE FINANCIÈRE*

Planification et challenge
- Comprendre l’environnement opérationnel du département (stratégie, gouvernance, défis, contraintes).
- Diriger la préparation de la planification financière, préparer des prévisions détaillées, fournir des orientations en fonction de la situation financière globale de du département et remettre en question les demandes commerciales.
- Fixer et maintenir des objectifs financiers pluriannuels.
- Élaborer et exécuter des modèles financiers, des simulations, des scénarios, des analyses de rentabilisation (sur les projets, le suivi et l’évaluation, les appels d’offres, etc.) pour appuyer la prise de décisions et fournir une vue d’ensemble des répercussions financières des décisions d’affaires.
- Anticiper les risques et opportunités financiers et conseiller sur les stratégies d’atténuation.
- Identifier et sécuriser les opportunités de financement externe.

Analyser et conseiller
- Produire des rapports financiers détaillés, au niveau de granularité approprié.
- Évaluer le rendement financier réel, analyser les écarts et donner des conseils sur les mesures correctives à prendre.
- Analyser la base de coûts, les revenus, les coûts unitaires (Unit Cost)
- Identifier les facteurs réalisables pour les initiatives d’optimisation et de compétitivité, surveiller la matérialisation des économies.
- Prévoir les risques financiers et donner des conseils sur les stratégies d’atténuation.
- Anticiper les opportunités financières.

Soutenir l’exécution et assurer la qualité des données
- Calculer les taux horaire, soutenir l’examen des ressources et la définition des objectifs d’effectifs, préparer les modèles de rétrofacturation et de réallocation des coûts.
- Approuver les paniers d’achats, vérifier les bons de commande en deçà des seuils d’approbation (méthode d’échantillonnage), examiner les engagements et les charges à payer.
- Déclenchement de la modification des coûts et transfert des coûts au besoin.

2. ASSURER LA CONFORMITÉ ET APPLIQUER LES PROCESSUS FINANCIERS
- Définir une structure de comptabilité analytique appropriée (centres de coûts, codes de projet, etc.) qui corresponde aux exigences opérationnelles et financières.
- Le cas échéant, s’assurer que les processus financiers sont définis, documentés et connus
- Aider le département à naviguer dans les processus financiers et à les respecter.
- Veiller au strict respect des exigences de conformité de l’activité financière.
