To achieve its ambition to be the reference in pet health through nutrition, Royal Canin need to unleash the power of his Brand to become the trusted partner of pet owners and transform them into Pet Health Guardians.

In partnership with the Brand and Pet Owner team, and with marketing teams of other B2B pillars (vet, professional, Pet Specialty Retailers), the CRM Manager will design, lead and execute the CRM strategy of Royal Canin France.

**What we are looking for ?**
- Data Skilled: Analytic, KPIs, Data flows, Data base, Power BI
- Good understanding of CRM mechanics and Performance’s indicators
- Agency management: can lead and feed with quality brief the CRM agency for a good CRM execution, Contract management (SLA, steering committee )

**What will be your key responsibilities ?**

He/she will have the following responsibilities:

- ** In partnership with global and regional team, design the CRM Strategy at a local level**:

- Feed global and region to influence the global CRM strategy and priorities
- Define the data acquisition & enrichment strategy
- Design B2C & B2B2C CRM programs
- Identify CRM targets and priorities
- Design the Pet Owner score card
- ** Lead the execution of the CRM strategy**:

- Design CRM process & ways of working
- Select & manage key partners
- Implement and monitor B2C & B2B2C CRM programs
- Implement & monitor Key performance indicators (dashboards and reporting tools) in order to improve our relational programs
- Leverage agile and existing tools to Test & learn new CRM mechanics
- ** Design, implement and monitor the data governance to secure the data of our partners and consumers: data ownership, data activation, data flows, data quality **
- ** Collect and share Pet Owners insights**
- Lead the Data surveys performed for Brand & Pet Owners knowledge in France (design the survey, collect the results, share the insights, and identify action plans)
- Feed The Pet Owner Score care with data and KPIs to measure impact of our actions on trust and pet health
- Work with regional community to share and collect best practices
