Then join our Winter Sports Marketing team as a **Snowboard Marketing Manager W/M **

In line with the Snowsports strategies, the Brand positioning, the Brand Creative Frame, and in close cooperation with the Sport and Product marketing team you will need to define & steer the marketing strategy for Active Protective,in order to reinforce the Brand visibility and credibility toward our customers, consumers and communities.

**Your main activities**:

- ** Collaborate to the where to play positioning definition**
- Cascade positioning in the marketing perimeter
- ** Collaborate to the I2C concept process**
- Define Marketing touchpoints activation plan through the concept process
- ** Decline seasonal marketing activation plan per sport**
- Build seasonal marketing plan (KBDs, actions, KPIs, Targets)
- Define where to invest, activation priorities and associated budget
- Align with Commercial and Sales & Marketing org. on the activation planning
- ** Lead the Influence Marketing strategy**
- Leverage Ski / SNB Sports & Influence Marketing to promote AP (athletes contract, Social media editorial content)
- Align influencers pool vs AP global vision (influencers vs athletes)
- ** Drive consistency & relevancy of the seasonal content**
- Define omnichannel yearly/seasonal calendar and priorities - Active Protective
- Define initiatives’ objective aligned with sport strategy and marketing strategy
- Manage interface with Creative Agency (from brief to follow-up) ensuring clarity, sufficiency and equity-fit of consumer-facing campaign
- Oversees the creation of campaign, content and toolboxes
- Ensure creative consistency of marketing package across touchpoints and channels
- Tune initiatives/programs to region-specific requirements (when needed)
- ** Snowsports Play Minded Program concepts**:

- Define objective of each concept in accordance to the overall Play Minded Program strategy and the sport glidepath
- Manage interface with Creative Agency (from brief to follow-up), ensuring clarity, sufficiency and equity-fit of consumer-facing campaigns

**Deliver and orchestrate the seasonal programs and toolbox**
- ** Trade**

- Contribute to sales events (SSL, local sales meetings, launch events)
