The **Transversal Program Manager W/M** within the PMO team is responsible for coordinating and managing complex, cross-functional programs that span multiple teams and units. The aim is to ensure the full value of the strategy is realized by managing the key initiatives/programs with operational excellence in close partnership with cross functional stakeholders.

The Strategy and Transformation team maximizes value creation for the company by developing and executing Salomon’s unified strategy with excellence, supporting the realization of the goals and objectives through coordinated action plans and key initiatives across categories, channels and regions.

The key areas of the role will focus on:

- Supporting the achievement and enhancement of the program/initiative objectives by overall coordination, oversight, execution, ensuring adherence to the strategy, structuring the work with focus on data, best practices, and benchmarking.
- Be the execution partner for the program/initiative leader:

- Identifying opportunities and risks, proposing solutions, connecting interdependencies, and be an overall sounding board.
- Identification and coordination of key milestones, KPIs and owners, keeping accurate and up-to-date critical path schedules.
- Oversight of objectives, KPIs, timings and resources.
- Support the cascading of the strategy into specific workstreams for the respective Program/Initiative/Area of work.
- Act as a change manager for the new Strategy and Transformation plan.
- Alongside your PMO colleagues and the rest of the Strategy team, act as the ‘connective tissue’ to implement Strategy & Transformation programs/initiatives connected to the strategy.
- Contribute to enhance the effectiveness of the strategy and Transformation team by sharing relevant update with the team, supporting colleagues, seeking synergies, providing feedback and proposals.
