Nos datacenters correspondent aux dernières normes et recommandations de l'ANSSI pour la sécurité, avec la meilleure efficacité énergétique possible et le plus haut niveau de disponibilité (**Tier IV**) certifié par l’Uptime Institute.
Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons un profil de **Customer Service Manager** qui va contribuer au développement et à la mise en œuvre d’une politique de service à la clientèle : mesure de la satisfaction de la clientèle et amélioration des services, traitement des demandes en face-à -face des clients.
Le poste est situé à Aubergenville dans les Yvelines (78) dans une **équipe à taille humaine**, et un environnement en pleine croissance.
**Description du poste**:
**Directement rattaché(e) au Directeur Commercial et Marketing Opérationnel**, le Customer Service Manager assurera les missions suivantes:
- ** Relation clientèle** : Assurer le lien avec les clients dans le respect de la stratégie de relation clientèle et des plans d’actions mensuels et annuels.
- ** Animation des COPILS et des points hebdomadaires avec les clients** en documentant les supports de suivi d’activité, tout en proposant des axes d’évolution.
- Assurer l**e suivi des travaux en cours** du contrat en lien avec le responsable de site.
- Préparer et accompagner les clients lors des audits.
- ** Concevoir les indicateurs de performance**, analyser les résultats et mettre en place des ajustements.
- ** Recueillir les remarques de la clientèle** et les transmettre aux services concernés pour mettre en place les plans d’amélioration nécessaires et proposer des solutions concrètes.
- ** Documenter toutes les actions** dans le CRM existant.
**Profil recherché**:
Diplômé d’un Bac +3 / 5, vous avez une **expérience significative d’au moins 5-7 ans** en tant que Customer Service Manager **en** **environnement datacenter.**
**Vous maitrisez la relations clients, la chefferie de projet et l’environnement technique des datacenters.**
Vous avez des facilités de communication et être orienté (e) résultats, et apports de solution.
**Votre expérience vous permettra d’être rapidement opérationnel(le) et de remplir vos objectifs de satisfaction client.**
Un bon niveau d’anglais est nécessaire pour ce poste.
Sens de l’écoute, diplomatie, réactivité et autonomie sont les qualités recherchées pour ce poste.
Du télétravail est possible pour ce poste.
Le process de recrutement est composé d’un entretien RH puis d’un entretien avec le Directeur Commercial et Marketing Opérationnel, puis avec le Président.
