**Ce que vous ferez**:
**De la veille technologique & économique**
- Assurer une veille technologique sur l’ensemble des évolutions du marché.
- Réaliser un suivi économique et technologique des solutions concurrentes.
- Participer à des salons professionnels, conférences, aux diverses manifestations susceptibles d’enrichir sa connaissance du marché.

**Développement de l’offre de l’entreprise**
- Rendre crédible l’offre de l’entreprise en apportant son expertise sur le développement de nouveaux services ou sur l’amélioration du service existant.
- Développer la promotion des services à valeur ajoutée auprès des clients.
- Formaliser les process de réponse aux appels d’offres.
- Initier de nouvelles idées en termes de présentation ou de démonstration auprès des clients.
- Soutenir les équipes commerciales par le développement d’un portefeuille de prospects qualifiés sur le marché

**Réponse aux appels d’offres ou propositions commerciales**
- Identifier les nouveaux appels d’offres sur les marchés publics et privés
- Utiliser l’intelligence économique et les méthodes adaptées de veille intensive
- Comprendre les besoins du client et les enjeux du projet.
- Mener les études et les investigations complémentaires.
- Traduire le cahier des charges ou le besoin du client en spécifications fonctionnelles pour le service technique.
- Élaborer la proposition commerciale
- Réaliser le chiffrage des propositions.

**Négociation commerciale**
- Accompagner l’ingénieur d’affaires auprès du client.
- Apprendre toutes les missions clés d’un ingénieur d’affaires (prospection téléphonique, rendez-vous commerciaux, négociation de contrats)
- Répondre aux questions fonctionnelles complémentaires afin de rassurer le client dans sa prise de décision.

**Suivi des actions**
- Réaliser le reporting des actions réalisées.
- Rédiger les documentations technico-fonctionnelles destinées aux clients.
- Réaliser le suivi des réponses des différents clients.

**Avec qui ?**

Vous travaillerez au quotidien aux côtés de l’équipe commerciale de **Strasbourg** ou de **Lyon**, selon votre mobilité, et vous serez encadré par le **Responsable d’agence** Strasbourgeois ou Lyonnais.

**Ce qu’on attend de vous**:

- Une **première expérience professionnelle** significative réussie (stage/alternance) dans le commerce.
- Une **connaissance du secteur de l’informatique** et des métiers de l’IT _serait fortement appréciée,_
- Une bonne maîtrise des **enjeux commerciaux** sur un marché tendu,
- Une excellente **communication écrite et orale,**:

- Une bonne **capacité à s’organiser** et à **prioriser** les activités quotidiennes.
