We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our contract engineering team. The position is permanent. The preferred location for the position is in Surgères FRANCE.

**What will you be doing**
You are the center of the project and the owner of its successful accomplishment. You will evolve in a dynamic department with the opportunity to be creative and innovative in your role. Trust is the foundation of our daily relationships

**As a Project Manager, your work will focus on these responsibilities**:

- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects (Parts and Reparable Parts) and to deliver successful project outcome that is fit for purpose, and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule,) and report regularly on project status
- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with other project participants (workshop, procurement, sales, technical department, quality) to successfully carry out its projects (diesel engines refurbishment and their dedicated sub-assemblies)
- Review deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

**To be successful in this role, we expect you to have**:

- Minimum a master’s degree (bac+3, ideally in a project management specialization)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Project management and supervision skills
- Decision making ability and leadership skills

- Préparer, planifier, coordonner et contrôler les projets assignés (pièces détachées et pièces réparables) et fournir des résultats de projet réussis qui sont adaptés à l'objectif, et assurer la satisfaction du client.
