**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**

Vous occuperez la fonction de "Lead technique" à l’échelle groupe au sein d’une équipe conviviale de 7 collaborateurs sur le périmètre IT - Risk Delivery. Vous serez garant de:

- La définition des architectures logicielles sur les nouveaux produits sous la responsabilité du Delivery Manager, en étroite collaboration avec l’architecte logiciel et les équipes IT.
- La définition et du respect des bonnes pratiques en matière de développement logiciel. Vous prendrez en charge le pilotage et la coordination des projets en relation avec des équipes de développement internes et externes et des équipes DevOps.
- Le respect des délais et de la qualité des livrables.

**MISSIONS PRINCIPALES**
- Définition des architectures microservices de nos différentes plateformes web et API (près de 5000 clients B2B, 30 000 utilisateurs, des dizaines de millions de transactions par mois)
- Mise en place d’une vision technique partagée en ligne avec les roadmaps produits et IT ainsi que de la documentation
- Mise en place et vulgarisation au sein des équipes de pipelines CI/CD et d’outils/process de test Automation
- Pilotage et contrôle des développements au quotidien avec une équipe externalisée en tant que référent technique et fonctionnel
- Qualification des technologies et de l’infrastructure nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des projets
- Veille technologique continue

**Environnements techniques**:

- Formation supérieure Niveau Bac +4/5 en informatique : école d’ingénieur ou Master
- Expérience sur la mise en place de solutions/architectures orientées évènements idéalement avec Apache Kafka.
- Expérience en Java >= 8 et écosystème Spring notamment Spring Boot & RESTful API
- Pipeline CI/CD Jenkins et/ou GitLab CI, mise en œuvre et déploiement conteneurs avec Docker / Kubernetes
- Expérience avec au moins un SGBDR
