Cloud ERP Finance Lead Consultant

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and es business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed. Context
We're proud to be well positioned with our Cloud ERP portfolio and in order to fuel our current and future growth within our French Consulting Practice, we are currently planning to hire one experienced ERP Finance Lead Consultant for our team based in Paris-Colombes.
The Oracle ERP SaaS team is responsible for successfully implementing the Oracle ERP Cloud Solutions for our clients. Our goal is to ensure a fast and successful implementation thereby resulting is annual recurring revenue (ARR) expansion with the client. The team culture is one of quality, respect, professionalism and results.
YOUR FUTURE ROLE – ERP CLOUD FINANCE LEAD CONSULTANTWe are looking for a Lead Consultant who can master our ERP Cloud Finance solutions, business processes and technology design within the Finance domain. The Consultant will be part of the ERP France team who is part of a larger ERP EMEA Consulting organization.
Additional responsibilities:
Support and advise existing customers in the optimal use of the ERP Cloud products and related business Working with existing and new customers to understand their requirements and deliver the perfect solution for their needs Work closely with project team members, in particular, Project Managers, Solution Architects and other functional leads Actively contribute to project pre-sales activities (project estimation, RFP Work closely with other departments (eg Client Success Managers, Support, Development and Sales) Running workshop sessions analyzing client requirements and recommending future state process and solution design Design and document solutions to automate business processes and satisfy requirements with Oracle ERP Execute the set-up of the system and assure solution consistency and customer satisfaction in relation to KPI's What You’ll BringYour enthusiasm, love and passion for customer success will help us become the leading cloud service provider.
Key Skills/Qualifications
Master Business degree/ University and or Bachelor degree in Financial / Accounting Management Proven > 5 years’ experience Consulting on Oracle ERP Systems (. Oracle ERP Cloud or EBS) High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation Be an expert guide to our clients as it pertains to their Finance Operation and Administration, the implementation and operational use of the Oracle solutions Exceed Oracle and client expectations for engagement performance (. professionalism, solution delivery, project documentation, presentation skills and time reporting) Ability to travel as needed.
