We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to collaborate on shaping the next generation of B2B payments at Hokodo._
Our mission is to become a global category leader, and we firmly believe that being a truly product-led company is essential to achieving this goal. Our guiding principle is "pragmatic product management," which entails continuously experimenting with techniques and approaches, discarding practices that only appear promising, and doubling down on those that yield tangible results.
In this role, you will be assigned a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that define your domain, as well as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that serve as pivotal goals for each quarter. While you will receive ample support and a safe environment to experiment, taking ownership and delivering on your assigned metrics.
Furthermore, we expect you to contribute to fostering the best possible product culture at Hokodo. This includes supporting your colleagues and actively participating in team brainstorms to tackle the most challenging problems. We value collaboration and aim to create an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our collective success.
**Location**: This is a hybrid role working from our office in either **London** a couple of days per week, joining our team of dedicated professionals and making your mark on the world of B2B e-commerce.
**About Hokodo**
We’re an international and diverse team, based in London, Vilnius and Paris, working to modernise B2B payments.
- Our B2B Buy Now, Pay Later solution enables merchants to offer credit terms to their business customers instantly, **resulting in a 40% average increase in revenue** for integrated merchants.
- We are scaling rapidly across Western Europe, with a list of stellar clients and recently **raised $40 million in Series B** investment to support our mission of enabling** 1 million businesses to access a better way to pay by 2025**.
- Join us in our efforts, as we have already made good progress with **50,000+ businesses regularly using Hokodo**, but need your support to take us to the next level

**Drive a set of OKRs**:
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to generate hypotheses
- Test them to identify solutions that will really move the needle
- Constantly prioritise for ROI
- Drive execution and own the result
**Help develop the Product function**:
- Promote product culture at Hokodo
- Help attract product talent
- As we grow, you will help steer hiring, and mentor junior PMs, making sure the product function can scale
**Who we’re looking for - **_At Hokodo, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our mission and values, and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. While some of the listed requirements may be important, don't worry if you don't meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you._
- ** Seasoned Product Manager**: A proven track record in product management, with a strong focus on the fintech or tech industries. With entrepreneurial experience being highly advantageous.
- ** Bias for action and data-driven**: Experience in prioritising, taking action and using data to drive decision-making rather than relying on deliberation or opinions.
- ** Results orientated**: Owned company or department-level objectives and delivered successful outcomes.
- ** Leadership and inspiration**: You’ve led and inspired others, fostering strong and productive working relationships within the team.
- ** Coaching and team management**: Experience coaching other Product Managers or managing teams of Product Managers.
**Nice to haves**:
- ** Experience in payments**:You have** **practical knowledge of the payment infrastructures in the EU and the UK and have experience working with various providers.
- ** Experience in data intensive products**:You have experience working with complex decision systems that rely on multiple data sources (external and internal).
- ** 2nd European language**: We’re an international company and as we expand 2nd languages help us to communicate. We’re a multi cultural team and if you’re learning a new language then you’ll have a chance to practise
**Interview Process**
