**HarfangLab** is a **cybersecurity scale-up**, and we have developed an **Endpoint Detection and Response** (EDR) software to **detect and mitigate modern cyberattacks** on a company's workstations and servers. Our algorithms detect abnormal behaviors and generate security alerts or block program execution.
From 50 to 100 employees in 2023, HarfangLab is experiencing hypergrowth and has already achieved several significant milestones: winners of the Ministry of Defense's cyber challenge in 2019, recipients of the BPI's I-Nov competition in 2020, and software certified by ANSSI in 2021.
Our initial clients include CAC40 industrial companies and government entities. We completed our **first funding round of €5 million in 2021 and our second funding round of €25 millions in 2023**, which will enable us to strengthen our teams, and to expand internationally in Europe.
Our mission is to **protect businesses and government agencies from modern cybersecurity threats** (cybercrime, data theft, influence) **that endanger the economic health of companies and the security of the nation**.
**Who you are?**
You’re hungry to grow a post-Series A cybersecurity scaleup with teams throughout the EU. You are as comfortable telling your manager that the status quo needs changing as you are leading your teammates toward that change.
Someone telling you they’re not interested in your solution doesn’t deflate you - it motivates you to better understand their needs and convince them another way. It goes without saying you’re self-driven. You identify puzzles, then solve them with the people to the left and right of you. Your team also trusts you with hybrid work. After all, it’s the results that count.
**What will you do with us?**
You are responsible for the generation of persistent demand among prospects and existing clients alike (Lead gen is so 2015.) You get revenue-driven marketing because you understand that marketing can and must be the first 50% of the sales process. Your eyes are fixed on the ROI horizon. You report directly to the CMO, but your Marketing, Sales, and CSM counterparts depend on you just the same. We’re building the future of our Growth Marketing engine around you.
Let’s dig deeper. **At HarfangLab, you will**:
- Co-construct and manage the Demand-Growth practice: strategy, ops, tools,
- Collaborate with GTM team members (Sales, Product ) to boost demand for HarfangLab solutions internationally,
- Develop innovative growth strategies to accelerate sales pipeline and impact company business metrics (SQLs, Opportunities, revenue),
- Customer Marketing: collaborate on product launches and engineer upsell tactics to deepen demand with existing client base,
- Design and implement the infrastructure and automation needed to scale your operations,
- Leverage innovative content and messaging to grow a resilient demand flow machine combining inbound and outbound tactics,
- Lab mentality: test growth hacks, cut those that don’t work, scale those that do,
- Measure the impact of Growth Marketing initiatives (ads, webinars, events ) using advanced analytics, and make recommendations to senior leadership on the organization’s GTM strategy.
**About you**
- 5+ years’ experience in demand gen, growth marketing, and/or related field,
- Proven success in a fast-paced, build-break-build startup environment,
- Hands-on experience with marketing-sales automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce / Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo) and advertising platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads),
- Bilingual in English and French,
- Based in France: our HQ is in Paris, flexible-hybrid work is in our DNA,
- Experience working with data enrichment (intent marketing, technographics, etc.) and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus,
- Experience with website management (A/B testing your growth hacks) is a plus,
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
