Foot Locker France, for its Human Resources department, is looking for a HR Administrator. Based in Puteaux, you will report to the HR Director. Your role will be to manage and embody industrial relations and to act as an intermediary for the company's staff representatives.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include
**Responsibilities**:
Administration: providing administrative support for all aspects of HR, preparation of employment contracts and amendments, system and general administrative tasks relating to the employee life cycle (as internship agreements, temporary addendums, Health care employee files, absence leave management, foreigner files follow up etc), supporting HRG in terms of disciplinary cases.
Exceeding the expectations of the internal customer: ensuring all requests and queries from our customers are resolved in a timely, accurate and professional way.
HR Systems: ensure data contained within HR systems is accurate, and reports are generated and distributed as required. Process transactions in the system (contracts, addendums, transfers etc), create weekly/monthly reports for internal/external use.
Special projects/tasks: work on additional projects and special tasks as required.
Recruitment: supporting the Generalist and Manager HR in recruitment activities.
HR Best Practice: ensure compliance with policies and local legislation; and strive to deliver service excellence.
Build relationships: build strong relationships with stakeholders in both the field
Qualifications:
A training level from Bac + 3 to Bac + 5
Some relevant experience in HR (ideally within a similar industry) is appreciated.
A strong communicator, an active listener, and able to build professional relationships with individuals at all levels in the business.
Fluent in spoken and written English, and local language.
A working knowledge of local employment legislation.
Enthusiastic, goal-oriented and a team player with a desire to learn.
Highest levels of ethics and integrity.
Strong level in terms of pack office management.
