**En quoi consistera le poste ?**

**HR Services**

Le/La HR Services Manager accompagne opérationnellement l’équipe HR Services en France. Vous serez en outre le/la manager direct de l’équipe basée à Puteaux.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des processus RH pour soutenir les initiatives RH en conformité avec la législation locale.
- Réaliser les actions relatives à l'administration du personnel pour la population RH Et le COMEX
- Superviser l’administration du personnel pour la France:

- Veiller à l’intégrité des données de nos systèmes RH
- Accompagner les collaborateurs dans leurs demandes RH et les guider
- Résoudre les problèmes et fournir une expertise et des conseils pour les questions complexes.
- S'assurer du suivi de l’administration du personnel tout au long de la vie des collaborateurs (contrats, avenants).
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes RH locales et autres acteurs clés, tels que le service Paie, la Finance et l’IT.
- Être force de propositions afin de gagner en efficacité opérationnelle et améliorer l’expérience collaborateur

**Les exigences - ce qui est important pour nous**
- Une solide expérience en administration du personnel
- Le sens du service et la capacité de vous adapter rapidement à des environnements en évolution.
- Une expérience en tant que manager/responsable d’équipe : capacité d’accompagner une équipe vers un objectif d’excellence opérationnelle
- Maîtrise d'un large éventail de technologies, de systèmes de ressources humaines et d'outils d'administration du personnel et de recrutement (Oracle, ADP, Service Now)
- Capacité de travail sur des sujets multiples et transverses avec un objectif de résultats
