Dans un contexte omnicanal et international, vous œuvrez autant en phase de recherche, d’ateliers, de maquettage et de test utilisateur.
**Vos missions**:
- Commencer par l'utilisateur Tirer parti de ce que nous apprenons de nos recherches sur les utilisateurs et transformer ces informations en expériences utilisateur de premier ordre. Mener sa propre découverte du produit, afin de comprendre les difficultés rencontrées par les utilisateurs en recueillant leurs commentaires (recherche qualitative) et en les associant à des données (recherche quantitative et web analyse).
- Définir et résoudre les problèmes en tissant des expériences qui tiennent compte des besoins de l'utilisateur, des objectifs commerciaux et de la technologie.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes concernées, c'est-à-dire les chefs de produit, les études, les designer (UX et UI), lors d’ateliers de conception.
- Définir des parcours et wireframes innovants afin de proposer une expérience d’achat et de conseil nouvelle en phase avec la stratégie du groupe visant à être le partenaire du consommateur pour l’accompagner dans une consommation durable et dans les usages quotidiens de son foyer.
- Collaborer avec les concepteurs et les développeurs afin de maintenir l'homogénéité et la cohérence du design dans l'ensemble de notre écosystème de produits. S’inspirer et nourrir le Design System mis en place.
**Votre profil**:
- À l’aise avec les méthodes de conception centrées utilisateur
- Collaborer sur les phases de recherche
- Contribuer à la préparation d’ateliers de co-conception.
- Concevoir des maquettes sur Figma.
- Connaissances Design System est un plus
- Communiquer et partager ta passion pour le design.
- Appétence forte pour les méthodes de conception
- L’écoute, l’empathie, la rigueur et la bienveillance sont tes meilleurs atouts
