Eulerian est un éditeur de logiciels proposant une suite combinant Attribution Marketing et Data Management. Acteur reconnu dans la collecte et l’activation de données à des fins d’analyse et d’optimisation en temps réel des opérations e-marketing, nous comptons parmi nos clients des annonceurs leaders sur leur marché tels que : SFR, FDJ, Canal+, OrangeAfin de renforcer nos équipes parisiennes, nous recherchons un(e) Customer Success Manager Senior.
**Descriptif de poste**:
Au sein de l’équipe Customer Success, vous aurez en charge l’accompagnement de nos clients vers une utilisation optimale de nos solutions. Vous devrez être force de proposition sur la mise en place de use cases, animer les formations chez les clients, et coordonner les équipes internes sur les évolutions demandées.
Nous attachons une grande importance au partage d’expériences, aux perspectives d’évolution et à l’expertise de nos collaborateurs.
**Vos principales missions seront**:
- Assurer le suivi et la gestion d’un portefeuille Clients ayant le profil Responsable Acquisition ou Trafic Manager de comptes France et Europe
- Être garant de la rétention des clients de son portefeuille et détecter les opportunités d’upsell
- Accompagner les clients dans le déploiement et l’utilisation des solutions et répondre aux différentes questions fonctionnelles
- Cadrer les projets et définir la feuille de route lors de l’implantation des solutions Eulerian chez le Client
- Assurer le suivi et la gestion technique des tickets support
- Présenter de nouvelles fonctionnalités et faire progresser les clients dans l’usage de la solution
- Animer les ateliers clients et assurer les formations des nouveaux clients et clients existants
- Consolider et remonter les évolutions Produit souhaitées par les clients. Participer à la construction et à l’amélioration continue des méthodes et outils mis en œuvre par les membres du Pôle CSM
- Coacher les nouveaux entrants du Pôle CSM
- Etablir une relation de confiance et de partenariat avec ses clients
- Être garant de l’Adoption de la solution par les clients dont il a la charge
- Réaliser un reporting de ses activités auprès de sa direction
**Profil**:
- Bac +3/4/5 en école de Marketing / Informatique / ingénieur option E-Commerce
- Expérience de 3 ans minimum dans le domaine des solutions Saas en Marketing Digital, en Analytics et/ou Data
- Bonne culture du marketing web et mobile
- Goût prononcé pour l’écoute / la satisfaction client
- Être force de proposition
- Rigueur, polyvalence, dynamisme
- Appétence prononcée pour les sujets techniques
- Anglais courant
Vous faites preuve d’autonomie et d’une bonne capacité à vous organiser rapidement.

**Compétences techniques**:
- Connaissances HTML et/ou Javascript seraient un plus
- Connaissance de GTM appréciée
