**A Snapshot of Your Day**

Reporting to the Business Head, you will own the functional area ofsales for the Repair Center & the Training Center in Egypt Service Center, leadingthe sales team to create leads and opportunities and convert them to orderswhile building long term and balanced relationships that capitalize on thecustomer’s strengths.

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of thesales strategy and key account plans, all of which will lead to commercialgrowth and business success.

You will manage a team of field sales personnel, set and handle theirtargets, priorities, and engage with our customers toinfluence their short, medium, and long-term buying and business strategies.

**How You’ll Make anImpact / Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the Egypt Service Center field sales team in Egypt.
- To provide the leadership for sales through the formulation and execution of strategies, budgets and account / sector plans that capitalize on the customer’s strengths and our Service Center products and services
- Develop new business, maintain, and penetrate existing business to drive further profitable growth and revenue.
- Coordinate sales activities and provide leadership to establish mutual sales strategies including acquiring appropriate approvals for pricing and delivery
- Be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships and relationships within Siemens Energy and with external industry customers
- Develop and implement sales operating plan and targets to guarantee that the business wins profitable sales through market positioning and developing value propositions for our clients.
- Meet or exceed operational requirements: detailed CRM reporting, monthly operating reviews, and sales cost-effectiveness initiatives.
- Lead new solution, product and service launches and marketing campaigns within Egypt
- Keep appraised of market approaches & offerings, including intelligence on capability, customer base, products & promotions to devise successful sales strategies & tactics to achieve our business objectives.

**What You Bring / Skills,Capabilities**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Business with relevant sales experience in technical capital equipment, solutions, and service with a short to medium duration sales cycle.
- Marketing, and business development experience
- Experience with sales planning, CRM utilization and forecasting
- Result-oriented personality with track record in sales performance growth, establishment of new accounts and key account development.
- A Leader with a team-oriented attitude passionate about the ability to set and exceed goals for both yourself and the team
- Imaginative approach when generating strategic solutions for customers that add long term value
- Proficiency in software and CRM tools (Salesforce, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to network with different BU Heads and other Sales Peers.
- Versatile interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to prioritize and handle own time optimally to achieve targets, particularly in a multi customer environment.
