**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power Engineering from a Reputable university
- At least 10 years’ experience of Tendering and offering.
- Excellent knowledge of HV Substation components and systems.
- Good understanding of Power plant types and activities
- Good understanding and awareness of infrastructure projects.
- Experience of dealing with complex tenders
- Experience of contract negotiation in a commercial environment
- Be familiar with the general specifications and market requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities and processes of the role and procedures, practices, and measures in place to mitigate the risks.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic languages
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
- General MS Office Program skills

**Your Responsibilities**
- Dealing with all commercial and estimating activities associated with tender requirements and all associated subcontract and supplier requirements from receipt of tender enquiry through to contract award and consequent handover to project department.
- Making strategy for costing & technical proposal for upstream & downstream.
- Prepare inquiry document to vendor and subcontractors.
- Review BOQ, Tender drawings, specification, special & general conditions which must be verified all together, in coordinating with Contract administrator or legal advisor.
- Prepare the final proposal c/w special commercial & technical terms & clarifications.
- Coordinate with sales team in preparing Company Profiles & prequalification to be submitted to any new clients.
- Complete tender follow-up and negotiations.
- Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.
- Participate in and actively support company initiatives.
- Build and maintain pricing / estimating databases and ensure outturn costs are captured and fed back through the system.
