Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Contract Manager Senior pour le compte d'un client international, spécialisé dans l'ingénierie de grands projets et opérant dans divers pays. Placé sous la responsabilité du chef de projet, vous occuperez un rôle dans la gestion contractuelle des projets.
En tant que Contract Manager, votre mission consistera à:
- Prendre connaissance du cadre contractuel des projets en cours et à venir, afin de garantir la conformité tout au long de leur exécution.
- Minimiser les risques financiers et juridiques en identifiant les potentiels points de litige et en proposant des mesures adaptées pour les couvrir.
- Analyser l'offre et évaluer la cohérence des clauses contractuelles, en accordant une attention particulière aux risques potentiels.
- Conseiller l'équipe de projet dans le choix et la mise en oeuvre des procédures administratives liées à la réalisation des projets, en respectant les réglementations en vigueur.
- Représenter l'équipe du projet lors des négociations avec les différentes parties prenantes impliquées dans le projet.
- Préconiser les modalités de consultation et de passation des marchés nécessaires à la bonne exécution du projet.
- Analyser les offres soumises par les fournisseurs pour vérifier leur conformité aux exigences du client et aux clauses administratives et légales en vigueur.
- Gérer efficacement les litiges contractuels qui pourraient survenir.
**Description du profil**:
Nous recherchons un professionnel expérimenté pour occuper le poste de Contract Manager.
Le profil idéal comprend les éléments suivants:
- Une expérience solide d'au moins 10 ans en tant que Contract Manager dans le domaine de l'ingénierie, de préférence dans le secteur de l'Oil & Gas.
- Une excellente connaissance des procédures de gestion contractuelle et une capacité avérée à minimiser les risques financiers et juridiques.
- Une expertise dans l'analyse des offres contractuelles, la gestion des clauses et la résolution de litiges.
- Une aisance en communication pour représenter l'équipe du projet lors des négociations avec les parties prenantes impliquées.
- Une maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit, indispensable pour travailler dans un environnement international.
